- Day 48
- That night Brian can't sleep so he goes out to explore the town.
- He comes across three old homeless men gathered around a lit barrel. One tells Brian to watch himself, Brian is armed but doesn't feel threatens and asks if their are any biters in the area. Charlie Banes asks what he means and another guy tells him he means the zombies. They take a liking to the word biters. They tell Brian that its the people he should be worried about here.
