The Kharijis interpreting Islam in a strict and fiercely manner. They disputed the claim of Sunni Islam in terms of the policies to choose a caliph in which they insisted to the ideology that anyone can be one as long as they meet the requirement. This policy of theirs inspired the Berbers to rose once again under a leader named Maysara in which made the Arabs driven out from North Africa except for Qayrawan.
