Brigham young was the second president of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and a colonizer. He led the Mormons through the Utah War and he also helped build the first temple ever to exist of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He was born in Washing; Vt. He died in 1877.
