Wing Chung Ging; first to die - caused China Town in SF to close; chinese descent werent allowed to leave. But white people could.
His SF again after earthquake in 1906 and around a hundred people had cases and or died. It was a high fatality rate.
It appears in Los Angeles around 1924-1925
