28 ene 2011 año - An analysis by the farmer
and scholar Simon Fairlie
Descripción:
Simon Fairlie's book, Meat: A benign Existence suggests that Britain could use less of it's land and easily feed all the people in Britain. A diet consisting of meat, dairy and eggs takes up a larger amount of land compared to a vegan diet which would take up a very small piece of land. This is a significant event (the publishing of this book) because as a scholar the publication of this book was important and not only had an effect on the author but so much so that is the core of Monbiot's argument.
