The 3rd website describes what veganism is so it provides insight for the next two articles. These next two both talk about a plant based diet and the pros and cons of it, but differ near the end. Article 1 leads toward including some meat indoor diets because while plant based diets can have benefits, you can still be missing many important nutrients that could hurt you in the long run; while article two argues that as long as you follow the rigid healthy plant based diets suggested by many you will be undoubtedly protected against many diseases and conditions effecting the country today
