Record droughts lead to even bigger crop failures than last year. Across the great plains, dust storms sweep through the prairie. Interstates close down, and some areas go over 2 months without any precipitation. Further west, wildfires scorch through the rocky mountains, and devastate areas in Wyoming, Montana, Colorado and New Mexico.
