21 ene 1978 año - The statute of autonomy is the institutional basic Spanish norm of a community or of an autonomous city, recognized by the Spanish Constitution of 1978 in his article 147 and whose approval is carried out by means of organic law. In him there are gathered, at least, the name of the autonomous community, the territorial delimiting, the name, organization and headquarters of the autonomous institutions, the assumed competitions and, if it proceeds, the beginning of the linguistic regime.
