Wanting to attract more people to Hilly, Great Adventurer Randy Jones ventures deeper inwards in Hilly and finds vegetation and grass growing in the various ravines of the Hilly Glaciated Zone.
He immediately sails back to overcrowded Newport and convinces half the population to leave the village and start anew in central Hilly (to the discontentment of the mayor).
