On 19 January 2053, an NT/PROD/SCI/AM exploration team led an expedition to hazard class
UNINH/8 (TEMP/N, FAU/H/3) astral body. Assets on the mission in descending order of value: 4 full
sets of Thermal Hazard N equipment, 1 SVY light surveyor frigate, 2 NT/PROD/SCI (#76512, #98154), 3
standard issue NT/SEC energy weapons, 3 NT/SEC (#7714613, #9316424, #4501434).
Mission is marginal success, culminating the retrieval of 1 very high value SUM/UNIDENT object
previously marked by NT/ADMIN/SCI as level maroon object of interest. Due to circumstances of
retrieval, suggest increasing object level to at least goldenrod. Tally of losses during operation:
2 full sets of Thermal Hazard N equipment, 1 NT/PROD/SCI (#98154), 2 NT/SEC (#7714613, #9316424).
Overwatching council rated the losses incurred on this mission acceptable and necessary.

participating in the mission are presented.
Excerpts from report of NT/PROD/SCI #76512 (previous clearance: CORE/64, current clearance:
CORE/96/SPEC):
"Following the entry into structure, determined to be of origin PRE/████████████, NT/SEC #9316424
encountered a spherical energy contraption, which vaporized him upon contact. Energy is determined
to be of ████████████ origin with minimal portability and high weaponization potential. Extraction
of object suggested, but outside current mission parameters."
"As the team of three entered the last chamber, we observed the structure closing behind us. Using
the descent gear provided with the thermal hazard equipment, we began descent into anomalous
structure ████████████. Structure's origin is unclear, but appears unrelated to the origin of the
enclosing structure. The interest of ████████████ in this particular location is highly
explainable. The structure is characterized by a total pitch darkness. NT/PROD/SCI #98154 descended
first and activated his light source, and was almost immediately destroyed. So far, cloning
attempts have been unsuccessful, it is theorized that he simply ceased to exist."
Excerpts from report of NT/SEC #4501434 (previous clearance: SEC/16, current clearance:
CORE/64/SPEC):
"We retrieved the SUM/UNIDENT class object marked in the mission parameters. Following the retrieval
of the object, the interference on our signal ceased to exist momentarily, allowing us to escape
the structure using TC-████████████ teleportation. Upon return, we found that the ship was overrun
by humanoid creatures disguising themselves as snow. Operative #7714613, assigned with guard duty
of the ship was ambushed, causing the creatures to reveal themselves and be dispatched via gunfire.
We escaped ████████████ with the designated object on board."
At the inception of this report, reassembly of NT/SEC #7714613 is in progress. Cloning of the other
two deceased assets have been unsuccessful, yielding a body with no brain activity.
