The stakeholders regarding this case are law enforcement and the government, convicted criminals, citizens that use cellphones daily, and people who do not care for technology. The law enforcement and government just want to convict the wrongdoers and do what is necessary. The convicted criminals may see it unfair that they were convicted of their crimes because of an unwarranted search. Now that this ruling has occurred, many convicts may appeal their conviction. Daily cellphone users are now aware of this new protection that they have. They can have all their data on their phones without fear of it being violated and searched. People not for technology want the accused to be put in jail for their wrongdoings. Whether it be forced arrests or smartphone seizures.
