However if Jk really was in the coma, why would he say "but it was a hard floor". If he really was in the coma, wouldn't he be in a bed, like in Begin?
Really don't take my guess on the coma very seriously, it's just a guess but it's really confusing. But that would explain a lot!

Other than the coma, it might be a ref to BST jpn ver. When Jungkook drinks something, goes straight to the toilet to vomit and lay down on the floor. I still can't choose. Maybe it's both? But it's very blurry.
