It is the earliest copy I am able to produce at the moment, as an annotated version is currently not available. This document was made in conjunction of our translation team, with Dr. Mikhail Kaczinski (ID# 1902-II) at the helm of this project. Document #█████, categorized in Evidence Packet 384, was recovered in ████████████████, 19██, during a sting operation on an alleged data ███████████ (see incident A██-3█). This sheds some light on the possible human subjects used in ██████████████ ██████████ █████ ████████ during the 50s and 60s. I would advise serious discretion between high command in the decision of making this information available to any other level lower than required on Project CH/SS. Subsequently. I would advise re-classifying and re-structuring the levels of classification of those involved in Project CH/SS. I await your your reply and your decision on the continuation of this project."
