This was the result of the Notopian Revolution , that were sparked after the Havoc war disaster and the tyranny of Veneno towards old notopia members . This action was suggested to Carder by other Notopia members and OG's but most particularly Vincenzo , who was framed again by Veneno for no good motive exept personal gain . This also lead to the fraction of the Notopian party in two parties : Notopian Conservative Party and the Notopian Populist Party .
