LM appears at NYC state court hearing in green sweater, khaki pants, sockless loafers and shackles. In a pre-trial hearing, where cameras were not allowed in the courtroom, prosecutors reviewed the evidence they say they’ve turned over to the defense. LM was indicted by a Manhattan grand jury on 11 counts, including one count of murder in the first degree and two counts of murder in the second degree, along with other weapon and forgery charges
