The European Union (EU) agrees to reduce sanctions placed on Iran. In exchange, the country would have to undergo a series of steps to ensure its denuclearization, such as the dismantling and redesigning of its nuclear reactor and a 15-year limitation of its uranium enrichment program.

The idea is that these steps will reduce Iran's ability and response time to create nuclear weapons.
