The US Trump administration offers an Israeli-Palestinian peace plan created by Israel and the US without Palestinian input. The plan calls for a "two-state solution" in which both Israel and Palestine coexist in respective territories. Palestine would be offered significant aid, however, many criticize it as one-sided in favor of Israel due to near-impossible requirements for Palestinian statehood, and paving the way for the Israeli annexation of the West Bank in Palestine.

Palestine immediately rejects the proposal and Israel announces its plans to annex portions of the West Bank, following Trump's proposal.
