For over 30 years in the industry, Hariyo Wibisono has dedicated his work on studying, observing, and protecting large carnivores, especially big cats, where Sumatran tigers have been a large focal point in his research (roughly 20 years). He recently received a doctorate in entomology and wildlife ecology from the University of Delaware in the spring of 2021, and currently works for the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, where they also host a Sumatran tiger sanctuary.
