3 mar 1918 año - Treaty of Brest-Litovsk
Descripción:
The Brest-Litovsk Treaty was a separate treaty between Germany + its allies and Russia. As part of the Bolsheviks' promise to the people of ending the fighting in WWI, Lenin called for peace, though he actually did not want it. When the Central Powers accepted, however, he and Trotsky were forced to negotiate the terms of a treaty. Trotsky tried to escape this path, but Germany continued to invade Russia, leaving the Bolsheviks no choice but to accept.
