this took place in 2010 at the Vancouver Winter Games. Alex Bilodeau won gold in the men's freestyle skiing. This was Canadas first Gold medal on home turf as in Calgary and Montreal, not one Canadian won gold. Bilodeau also was the first Canadian to defend their title in skiing. This was on the second day of the games and set a good toner for the rest of the Canadian team. During these Olympics Canada won mopre golds than any other country.
