Washington post shared that gluten free diet can risk people to get type 2 diabetes by using a study by Geng Zong, nutritionist research member in Harvard University. Geng Zong did this study by using the survey from 200,000 people to show evidence. Geng Zong also mentioned that diabetes is one of the leading causes of death in the United States. The author points out that gluten free diet has no benefits to the health for many people. This study infleuences the people who are doing the gluten free diet.
