In 1970, Bill Hemsath and Robert Moog developed the Moog Synthesizer. The Moog Synthesizer became popular after Wendy Carlos used it in a record called Switched at Bach. The record was highest best selling classical recording of that era, and after that many synthesizer records were produced.
