First of all, thank you for cooperating with the Substitute Teacher today. I am not feeling well today but I plan to be in tomorrow. I appreciate not receiving any BAD reports about students when I return. The Substitute Teacher has my phone number and can call me if you have any questions or concerns about the assignment.

The primary goal of this lesson is for students to understand the impact that computer science has on our world and to appreciate how much EVERY career path is impacted by computer science. A secondary goal is for students to explore possible career paths that you may not have considered.

Choose at least three (3) career paths that interest you (i.e., pediatrics, modeling, sports, garbage collector, etc.). Please think outside the box. Computer programmer and IT Specialist or too generic so they are off limits. First, research how
those professions currently (or in the near future will) use computer science. Then, indicate how studying computer science can help if you chose to pursue that profession. Start your research by viewing the websites below. You may use any other websites of your choosing. Write your responses on the attached Google Doc. INCLUDE THE LINKS TO ALL WEBSITES YOU USED UNDER THE TABLE IN THE GOOGLE DOC.

AFTER you have finished this assignment, continue working on your Kaleidoscope program in Scratch. You MUST finish today's assignment first.
