Dust Bowl (2 abr 1930 ano – 20 jan 1936 ano)
Descrição:
The Dust Bowl was a period of drought in the Southern Plains region of the United States. This period was severely dry and became known as the Dust Bowl after the dry and hot weather made the land turn into dust. Many people died during this time because of the lack of water, inhalation and choking of dust, and the failure of crops. The Dust Bowl furthered the impact of the Great Depression on the economy and many farmers tried to move elsewhere in order to survive.
