The first manned landings on Phobos and Deimos were during the Ares 4 and 5 missions in 2026 and 2028. Between 2072 and 2085, the UNSA set up multiple exploration bases and colonies on Mars' moons of Phobos and Deimos. Many people soon believe certain areas of the moons may eventually open to mining and industry.
