After the emperor of the Qin Dynasty died, revolts broke out, and one peasant leader defeated the others and established the Han dynasty. They kept centralized power of Qin dynasty with reduced repression, extended borders, opened trade, and formally trained warriors. Invasions by the Huns led to the decline of the Dynasty.
