InteliTrac created MEP SCOPE® to overhaul their existing spreadsheet processes into system databases that support the personnel ascension from applicant to employee. By initiating this process, InteliTrac added the dynamic of continuity as information remained consistent and reliable on SCOPE®. This process of data migration retained all information for each profile but converted it into an intuitive profile for each applicant, candidate, and employee.
