The invasion brought changes in Social, culture language and iterature .10000 French words were incorporated in the English language. Wiliam the Conquerer who became England’s king was french. In general we could say England were influenced by French. French was the official language of the royal court. Dialects of english was useable because of the french, spain and normans.
