Manhattan Project was the effort of Canada, America and the United Kingdom to develop nuclear weaponry during WW2. The project was directed by Major General Leslie Groves, an engineer for the US army engineer corps and nuclear physicist Robert Oppenheimer was the director of the factories that produced the nuclear bombs. Additionally, the project was tasked with the research of Germans advancements in nuclear energy.

The Projects first success came with the dual research of plutonium and uranium and lead to the first use of a nuclear weapon in Mexico.
