Era 600-1450. According to the English Oxford dictionary (s/f), post classical is relating to or denoting a time after the classical period of any language, art, or culture, in particular in ancient Greek and Latin culture.

“Religions like Christianity, Islam and Buddhism spread from their initial centers, as more and more people converted. The Aztec and Incan civilizations emerged without contact with Asians or Europeans. Trade increased and the Indian Ocean Complex became the focus of Asian trade along with the Silk Routes” (Mr. Curdjo´s World History, s/f).
Buddhism became more popular in China during the post-classical period. As the once nomadic Germanic tribes of Western Europe settled they developed a political system known as feudalism Local landowners became lords who traded some of their land to knights (Mr. Curdjo´s World History, s/f).
Both groups were very advanced in mathematics, astronomy, and agriculture, yet were polytheist.
