The time in which the Order Special Garrison turned the former Aztec territories into a police state. People disappeared without warning, the garrisons ruled the cities with martial law, and any dissenters were tortured and interrogated in secretive facilities run by the Special Garrison. All while the majority of the metropolitan population were displaced and sent to other locations across the north or even to other planes. Order courts known as Psychopomps judge the population based on their life deeds and what they have done. The destination of the diasporic Aztecs is based on this judgement.
