Son of Taspern I, he inherited the throne after the death of his brother. He is known for signing the treaty ending hostilities with the southern desert by recognizing their ownership of Oltremare. He would also be the first Heilig ruler to construct and be buried in the family crypts in Königsnetz, the capitol of Neris.
