There is no evidence to suggest or prove when Cain was born. He may have been the eldest child of Adam and Eve (so far as the purpose of the Divine Record goes, Cain is listed as the eldest. )

However, Scriptures indicate that there were possibly others of Adam and Eves children, not mentioned in the Genesis record, who would have been upset over Cains killing of Abel and who may seek to avenge Abels blood. (Gen 4/14)

We are told that Cain was born of Eve before Abel (Gen 4/1-2), but we are not told when he died.
This I believe to be the case because the Scriptures are directing us through a genealogy of Adam and Eve through Seth, who was the 'replacement' of the 'righteous' Abel.

There is mention made of Cain again in the latter part of Chapter 4 when his descendant Lamech invokes his name when justifying his own self-righteous anger and self-justification for building an empire to his own aggrandizement, which, I believe was spoken against by the righteous Enoch (who walked with God - Gen 5/22). Compare Jude 14-16.

He threatens to kill anyone who speaks against him or his enterprises which has God nowhere near their centre of focus. Gen 4/23-24.

Note: the following genealogy of Cains descendants are shown as an average lifespan, as no time frames are recorded on life spans or time of birth.
The record only goes to show the existence of generations of people who did not know the Name of Yahweh (Gen 4/26) and who were described as 'wicked' (Gen 6/5) and who eventually died in the Great Flood.

It also is there for us to match up the clues regarding Enoch and Lamech as spoken about in Gen 4/16-24 and referenced above.
