The Futurism Design Movement was lead by a famous Italian poet, Filippo Tommaso Marinetti in the 1900 to the 1930. He started the movement by publishing Manifesto of Futurism on the front page of Le Figaro, a famous newspaper in Paris. What the followers of Futurism insisted on was "an art that celebrated the modern world of industry and technology".
