Descrição:

Plan by Nixon and administration to train South Vietnamese to fight their own war, and thus gradual US withdraw in Vietnam. Helped ease US homeland opposition. Not very successful, because South Vietnam very weak, couldn't fight (as demonstrated in Easter Offensive).
