war between France and Great Britain for weealth, power and control of lands.

(role of the colonie) Britain tried to send men and arms to their army. Ended fighting with them along the coast, weren't recognized for their victory, Iroquois signed with them (but they were winning anyway)

(british victory)gave England control of most the settled regions of North America (French and Spanish left), England left with war debt had to tax the colonies (Sugar Act, Stamp Act)
