Dien Bien Phu is a city in Vietnam. Dien Bien Phu is the final war in the Indochina War between Vietnam and France. The French decided to step out of the fighting due to being unorganized after the war. This war marked freedom for the Vietnamese people from the French. This battle ended an 8-year war, which was made official at the geneva accords.
