Julius Ceasar (1 jan 102 ano antes da era comum – 1 jan 44 ano antes da era comum)

Descrição:

Julius Caesar was a Roman general and member of the First Triumvirate alongside Pompey and Crassus. He was consul of the Wester piece of the Roman Empire. He fought battles against the Gauls and won. Due to his victories and power he was named dictator but still required re-election as consul. His ambition never waned and the Roman Senate became wary of his capability to take over as dictator. As a result, he was assassinated by Marcus Brutus in 44BC. He left his titles to Octavian who would rise to be the first emperor of Rome.
