Descrição:

Rauschenbusch ministered in slums of Hell’s Kitchen from 1886 to 1892. He also worked as a Baptist seminary professor and wrote two major works. The first, Christianity and the Social Crisis focused on Jesus's social work over the individual. The secon, A Theology for the Social Gospel, focused on God's will for the education of mankind.
