QDP was formed as a group of players that wanted to troll on queue. Their first movement was a tax collecting movement where they pretended to be a government to try and enforce taxes. This trolling angered many players because QDP would harass players who did not pay the "tax." Eventually, the group was able to accumulate enough wealth to purchase a plot, building a penis on it. On September 11, QDP then began using the trading exploit where QDP members would use the stacking plugin to steal from players trading in the trading room without actually entering the trading room. This caused the previous trading rooms to be closed and new trading rooms to be created by Boone which were to prevent the trade exploit from being used in designated trading rooms. After trolling for a couple weeks, QDP decided to go on hiatus for the foreseeable future.
