Srivijaya Empire (1 jan 1200 ano – 1 jan 1300 ano)

Descrição:

(Pre 1200-1300) This empire was located in what is now Indonesia. It greatly flourished between the 7th and 13th century. It started on the island of Sumatra and later extended it's power to the Straight of Malacca. It's amount of power was mostly due to it's control on international sea trade. It created trade relations with many states, and also with China and India. By the end of the 12th century, it had been reduced to a tiny kingdom.
