The Trojan War took place during the Bronze Age. It was a war between the kingdoms of Troy and Mycenaean Greece. The Trojan War began after the abduction of Queen Helen of Sparta by the prince of Troy, Paris. Her husband ordered his brother, the king of Mycenaean, to take back the queen. The heroes Achilles, Odysseus, Nestor and Ajax helped in this expedition, as well as thousands of soldiers in order to take back the queen from the people of Troy. The war lasted ten years in which many people died including Achilles. After this time the Trojans took in the surprise left to them and then they got destroyed from the inside out. After this Odysseus took 10 years to return home and the Queen Helen went back home. She was later sent to an island in which she got killed.
