A steel roller coaster, it was a larger and longer version of the Jet Star series of coasters, which followed the Schwarzkopf Wildcat design. The Jumbo Jet was introduced in 1972, making Cedar Point's one of the first. It used individual self-powered cars to run up a spiral lift hill unassisted. The coaster run had some 90° sections, and an ATC-style radar prop rotated up above the ride. Jumbo Jet is currently located at Dreamland in Minsk, Belarus.
