P. 182: Immediately following the phone call to his office, Dr Murray called one of his patients, a man named Bob Russell at 11:49am. Russell didn’t answer the phone so Murray left a brief message: ‘Just wanted to talk to you about your results of the EECP. You did quite well on the study. We would love to continue to see you as a patient, even though I may have to be absent from my practice for, uh, because of an overseas sabbatical.’ This phone call to Bob Russell ended at approximately 11:51am.
