As a result of the Treaty of Rogozieka [Roguxikal], the Confederacy of the Iopenta was formed. In the former territory of Etëshika Iopo, was the Grand Duchy of Etëshkapenta and the rest of the territory of the confederacy was the Kingdom of Oipienta.

The formation of the Confederacy forced the dissolution of the Council of Dukes and established the Council of Lords instead, with the Dukes of the Kingdom of Oipienta being the leaders of the Council.
