2 Kings 9-10Kills Joram at the behest of Yahweh as punishment on the whole house of Ahab.
He also kills Ahaziah, King of Judah in the process as he married into the house of Ahab.
Jezebel, Ahabs wife, tried the swarmy approach on Jehu to save her life however this proved fruitless and she was eaten by the local dogs and their excrement spread around the fields of Jezreel, so there was burying place for her as a memorial. v36
Jehu went on to slay the remaining 70 sons of Ahab on Jezreel and throughout Samaria, putting to the sword a number of Ahaziah's men for good measure.
Unfortunately for him he was a slow learner as v 18 records and he turned to worshiping Baal more than Ahab
