This is the post war period of the transition from a wartime economy to a peacetime economy. The country begins to evolve and prosper economically under Presidents; Harding (21'), Coolidge (23'), and Hoover (29'). We shift and become a consumer driven society, this means that buiness was booming under very Laissez-Faire, people were able to buy under credit, and many people bought a Model-T. People enjoyed to spend the money, even during a time of prohibition. This gave rise to organized crime and bootleggers.
