Descrição:

He had won several wars against the Spaniards but had some issues with concentrating affairs of the state. Eventually he died of chronic illness. Many decisions were made by Cardinal Richelieu who everyone knew as a result of his exertions of power. He also mentored Mazarin and taught him to teach Louis XIV that he has the divine right of God to rule France.
