Kohlberg's Theory of Moral Reasoning: Preconventional (29 set 2003 ano – 29 set 2012 ano)

Descrição:

There are two different stages in the preconventional age which are punishment and obedience and instrumental-relativist. The first stage is punishment and obedience which is where your idea of right and wrong is what your parents punish you for so it can differ from other kids. So say if you were caught stealing you would know it's wrong. The next stage is the instrumental-relativist stage. This stage is very close to the last stage but it more focused on what other people want you to do and what you are rewarded for. Any concern you may have for others is motivated by selfishness. In this photo, it shows a kid being punished which is apart of the punishment and obedience stage. She did something bad and now that she's getting punished she probably won't do it again for a while or at all.
