The battle of the Alamo was very sad it lead up to 13 day seige between Mexico and Texas. From Santa Anna's means it inspired people from the US to join the texan army. The Mexicans wanted revenge for losing in the battle of San Jacinto. Mexicans had an advantage of people, but texans had an advantage of cannons. Santa Anna who was now a prisoner had mad terms with Houston. Texas had won the Alamo over.
